Q. Who usually invests with Investore.net?

Q. Do you pay market value?

A. Any offer you receive will be an amount discounted from the retail value of a house if it was fully renovated. Investore.net buys properties below market value for a profit.

Q. How does the process work?

A. Just fill out the Active Investor Form telling us about the property you want to invest in. The information about your inquiry will be reviewed and analyzed by an Investment Partner at Investore.net You will be promptly contacted to arrange a meeting to discuss you involvement in our next venture.

Q. When I fill out and submit the Active Investor Form containing my information, am I obligated in any way?

A. No, You are under no obligation in any way. All we ask for is the opportunity to make an offer for you to invest with us. You decide if the offer works for you.

Q. Is there an up-front fee for getting involved or having someone contact me?

A. No

Q. How do you determine the price you will offer for a house?

A. Considerations include the condition of the house and the extent and cost of renovations required, the time required to complete the renovations, and the repaired value of the house when compared to houses in the same area. Also considered are the costs in real estate sales commissions to market the house, as well as the costs of insurance, utilities, taxes, loan payments incurred to buy the house, and maintenance costs while the house is being renovated and offered for sale.

Q. Do you buy condos or townhouses?

A. Investore.net will buy houses, condos, townhouses, duplexes, multi-tenant buildings and different types of commercial properties.

Q. Do you charge a fee to make an offer for my house?

A. No fee is ever charged by Investore.net to view and/or make an offer on a property.
